Is there a Karma system? Where staff members can reward members for helpful posts and general good attitude in the forums?
It's basically a number under the members post count, but it looks good if a member has Karma.
It's just a nice way of showing that the members are appreciated.
I was also thinking about forum events during the Halloween and Christmas periods, that would make the forum more lively and would probably attract members.

there's a preference that says "Always show signature" in your Profile (UCP). Click yes for that.

As for GIF size, I...don't think that's possible.

And you didn't ask about this, but for the Chatbox, go to the Administartion Panel, then Modules. There's a thing that says "Chatbox" (I wonder what that does...), click on it. There's a little question thing that says "Activate the Chatbox?" hit Yes. And this is mostly preference but the cbox does better at the top of the page, as to say the bottom.

Now, for Quick Reply. Go to the Administration Panel again. Then go to "General". There's a little tab to the side that says "Messages and Emails" in the options under that, click on "Configuration". What of the options is to "Allow Quick Reply". Hit yes. There's also an option underneath that that says "Allow Multi-Quote" I would hit yes, because it's easier to quote multiple people this way.

I noticed new things!

Multi-quote and Chatbox. I never seem to be online at the same time as other guys, but I'm sure it'll become interesting with more members. As for Multiquote, it sounds and looks useful, but I've yet to put it to the test. :3

Oh Matrix, this is just a suggestion: can you add in an anime section and a manga section? Or like, add them as Sub-forums or something. :\

I'm just a bit concerned that we have boards that still aren't active, I'm just a bit weary of adding new boards right now.

I think we should have a Moderator and Admin board so that Matrix can get hold of the staff (in general) quickly and can make sure we're all doing our jobs correctly, while we can ask advice and maybe suggest things that shouldn't go in the Feedback thread, such as secret surprise features and things. I don't know, I just think it would be useful.

I know how to set up a section that could only be seen by mods and admins. If it helps. Heh

Kaen lets just wait for a little bit with the Anime and stuff. Here is what you can do for now, do what Neon said and put it in the Japan Toku for now. And once we can get some more people. I will move it to a sub forum then. How does that sounds?
