The Masked Rider

The city of Ville Venteuse hides a dark secret. It is the haunting
ground of hideous entities called Trojanites, ordinary men and
women who sacrificed their humanity for power. Nobody is
quite sure where they came from, but only one thing stands in
their way. Enter René Sisko, a smooth-talking, streetwise
private investigator who possesses a special belt that allows him
to become the armoured super-hero known as the Masked
Rider. Armed with his amazing abilities, his enigmatic assistant
Philip and his own razor-sharp wits, René is determined to
defend his home and uncover the truth.

At the moment, Skull will pop up somewhere in the region of episode 15 and Accel in 21.
