Your thoughts on Shinkenger

Well, as far as I've heard, there seems to be a lot of mixed feelings about Shinkenger and I thought it would be interesting to see what people here thought.

Myself? I hated the series with a passion and probably bash it too much.

But I just hate the way it started out awesome in the first few episodes, then just got boring. The show seemed to go nowhere until the last ten episodes and the power-ups/mech became unbearable and totally pointless. I mean, half the time the characters didn't need the stuff when it was debuted nevermind the episodes after that.

It just put a sour taste in my mouth, not only for that series, but for sentai's future too.

I loved the series, and is one of my fav sentais. Even though I haven't seen that much sentai, it is up from the little i have seen. My favorite is Gekiranger, but Shinkenger is up there.

To be completely honest with you, I have watched very little of Shinkenger.

It probably has a lot to do with the fact that I'm generally more interested in watching older Sentai series right now (namely Dairanger and Liveman.) I may pick it up someday, but I'm not really in a rush to do so.

That depends on if or when I get around to watching it.

I probably won't. I have more of a preference for older Super Sentai, like I said.

this is the first sentai that I ever actually finished. that's why I love it XD

My first was Boukenger, but I didn't really think much of it. ><

hmm, the filler parts were bad but the storyline was good enough to keep me going all the way to the last episode. I dunno about u guys, but I didn't like that "super form" thing. there's no reason y it makes any1 of them stronger or equal to shinkengold but somehow genta lost his super-speed, which makes him about as strong as an normal shinkenger. and only 1 person can use Inromaru at a period of time, which is kinda sad.
